Rochon, born in Torrance (a suburb in Los Angeles), is the daughter Zelma Staples. Her parents are Samuel Staples a graphic designer and businessman. Cerritos high school located in Cerritos was where she graduated from. In 1986, she graduated with honors from California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH), where she obtained a bachelor's in broadcast journalism. Her degree also included minors in theatre and sociology. Rochon was the featured guest speaker at the CSUDH's College of Arts and Humanities commencement ceremony in 2016.

Heather Storm works as a journalist, host on television and producer. An enthusiast for cars, she was a series host of Garage Squad on Discovery's MotorTrend Network, Street Tuner Challenge on Speed TV and a guest on Jay Leno's Garage. Heather produces and hosts the travel digital series Drive Yourself Local. She explores America's small towns in a 1965 Ford Mustang. Her work includes Nightingale Epic Movie Tosh

Ullerup's debut role was in the role of Julia Brynn on the remake television series of Battlestar Galactica in 2006, which aired on the Sci Fi Channel. Ullerup performed the role of Ashley Magnus for the first season and then the second on Sanctuary before the character was created. Her character was subject to heated discussion amongst people who wanted her reprise her role in future episodes. But, the show was cancelled in 2012. Ullerup played the role of Bree O'Brien on Chesapeake Shores in the year 2016. Ullerup played Maggie Thomas in Asteroid: Final Impact, the movie about the 2015 disaster. Ullerup also played Dale Travers, a recurring role on Hallmark's Signed, Sealed, Delivered films, from 2016 to today.
